At Seed Sowers, we are committed to serving our community in marginalized areas by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth through servant leadership mentorship and coaching.
Our program is designed to help individuals develop their leadership skills and become agents of change in their communities. Through one-on-one coaching and mentorship, we provide support and guidance for individuals to identify and pursue their personal and professional goals.
Our program focuses on servant leadership, a philosophy that emphasizes the importance of putting the needs of others before one’s own. We believe that by serving others, individuals can become more effective and empathetic leaders who inspire positive change in their communities.
Our team of experienced mentors and coaches is dedicated to helping individuals develop their leadership skills through a range of activities, including:
